Early Warning Detection System

DETAILS

 

Early Warning Detection System (EWDS-01) - is designed specifically for Rail Maintenance Machines. It provides the operators with speed, distance and direction of travel of each machine in a consist and warns the operators if a potential collision is detected. The system can also be expanded to include GPS Tracking, Points Of Interest (POI) Warnings and Personal Proximity Detection (PPD) for track workers.

DETAILS

 

Early Warning Detection System (EWDS-02) - is designed to meet the requirements of EN50121.3-2 and SIL2 for Rail Maintenance Machines. It provides the operators with speed, distance and direction of travel of each machine in a consist and warns the operators if a potential collision is detected. The system can also be expanded to include Remote Log retrieval, Remote Updating, GPS Tracking, Points Of Interest (POI) Warnings and Personal Proximity Detection (PPD) for track workers.
